Click + Collect
We offer free Click + Collect for all items. Collection address is Kellockbank, Culsalmond, Insch, Aberdeenshire, AB52 6SN.
Once you have placed your order online and selected Click + Collect we aim to get in touch within 1-4 workings days to arrange collection.
If you would like to add delivery or postage to these items, please get in touch for a price.
Delivery
Subject to stock availability, we aim to despatch within 24 hours of processing the order. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday may take slightly longer.
Standard UK Delivery
UK standard delivery is charged at a flat rate of £4.95
Delivery is normally within 3-7 working days. Please check our product pages for any special delivery information relating to specific products.
- For large items, we do reserve the right to alter these charges. However, we will confirm charges prior to dispatch should they be different from the above.
- We are currently unable to dispatch orders online to addresses outwith the UK. However, we would be happy to quote a price for a worldwide delivery service. Please send an e-mail to us at info@kellockbank.com with the delivery address and ask for a quote.
Courier Delivery
- A courier delivery service will be used for larger items. We aim to despatch the item within 24 hours of your order
- Delivery charge on these items are clearly stated within the product information on each product.

Despatch
Subject to stock availability, we aim to despatch within 24 hours (there may be a slight delay during lockdown) of processing your order. However, orders cannot be despatched on Saturday, Sunday or Scottish Bank Holidays. Therefore, all orders received from 1pm on a Friday until midnight on a Sunday will be despatched the following Monday (Tuesday for Scottish Bank Holiday weekends). If you wish for delivery at a later date then please state preferred date in the comments box at the time of ordering, however this cannot be guaranteed.
It is our policy to despatch items ordered in the shortest time possible but we cannot be held responsible for any delays occurred while in transit.

Our Courier delivers hampers within 48hrs from despatch. We aim to despatch our hampers within 24 hours of your order. Orders placed on a Friday and Saturday will take slightly longer. We can normally deliver hampers on your preferred delivery date however this cannot be guaranteed.
